Above All Telecom has developed a business philosophy to ensure you are completely satisfied with our products and services. We know each customer is different, and each customer has different telephony needs. Our approach ensures not only a seamless integration of our systems, but also satisfied customers and end users able to fully take advantage of the new technology provided them.

  • Database and Information Gathering
    • Above All Telecom, Inc. coordinates meetings with clients to gather information on the specific needs of the site. To best address the client needs, meetings cover every department as well as the aspects of the entire telco design. This information is then used during the programming and testing phases in our lab.

  • Pre-Programming and Testing
    • The new telephone system will be pre-programmed and fully tested in our state-of-the art integration center in Willowbrook, Illinois as well as our new Riverside County location. Above All Telecom configures every system it installs to ensure not only the system has been fully tested, but also to eliminate any disruption of service at the client site. We want to ensure complete satisfaction with your new telephony equipment.

  • Training Process/Cut Over
    • Above All Telecom provides onsite user training both before and after the system installation. We believe in a "Train-the-trainer" philosophy, and provide instruction to persons on your staff who may act as administrators on the new system. Our schedule consists of pre-installation basic telephone training that typically lasts an hour. Upon installation of the system, we provide an onsite trainer for more hands on training as well as to answer any end user questions that may arise.

  • Post Installation
    • Above All Telecom ensures our clients are completely satisfied with their new system. As part of our standard installation service, we perform free programming changes for the first fifteen days of use. We ask all of our customers to work with the system during this time and consider ways in which processes could be streamlined using advanced features.
